A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Masters Degree in Public Policy, Bain possesses an extensive background in international economic policy and private enterprise, and has served as Marketing Director for Ideaspace, Inc., a Cleveland, Ohio-based software developer. Proficient in both English and Spanish, Bain’s appointment will dramatically enhance the capabilities of the International sales support group.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Telos Systems,” says Bain. “I’ve been very fortunate to gain experience facilitating cross-cultural and bilingual communications, and I’m confident these skills will enable me to hit the ground running. Telos Systems is widely recognized as a cutting-edge manufacturer of equipment for the radio marketplace, so I see this as an excellent opportunity to broaden my communications abilities even further. I’m really excited.”
Bain will team with Telos International Customer Support specialist Lipi Bannerjee, working directly with international distributors on critical issues including sales processing, order tracking, and sales lead followup. “International sales is a very important part of our business,” states Telos Systems Managing Director Denny Sanders, “and with Roxanne’s appointment, I’m confident our international business will prosper even further.
