Telos Infinity IP Intercom Panels Overview
Telos Infinity Intercom Panels are an integral part of the larger Infinity IP Intercom family and can be used as part of a hardware-only system or alongside the Infinity VIP Virtual Intercom Platform.
New for Summer 2026! Telos Infinity MK2 Intercom Panels
The brand-new Telos Infinity MK2 panels replace the original MK1 versions with new innovative switch technology while remaining familiar to users of the legacy product.
The new models are available as a 16-Key 1RU Master Panel, 16-Key 1RU Expansion, or a stylish 16-Key Desktop, and share the same core design with bigger buttons, clearer text, larger fonts, brighter colors, vastly improved viewing angle, and a unique four-way action that enables Talk/Listen/Vol Up/Vol Down on a single switch. The Master and Desktop models can be used as part of a native AES67/ST2110 networked AoIP system, or as a remote controller for Infinity VIP virtual panels.
The INF-MP-16 MK2 1RU Intercom Master and INF-DS-MK2 Desktop Panels feature 16 multicolor talk/listen lever display keys that can show up to four lines of text plus bitmap images and icons (future feature). Complemented by optimized voice channels and loudspeaker reproduction, the INF-MP and DS-16 MK2 deliver the excellent speech intelligibility required for mission-critical broadcast operations.

While the MK2 panels do not offer the rear panel auxiliary audio of their predecessors, they do include a rear-mounted USB-A connector that will support 3rd party audio interfaces in a forthcoming release. The elos Alliance GPIO xNode2 is available to support GPI logic control integration with the new MK2 panels.
The INF-MPX-16 MK2 1RU Expansion Panel adds 16 additional display keys when paired with the INF-MP-16 MK2 Intercom Master Panels. Up to nine Expansion Panels can be associated with a Master Panel.

The INF-DS-MK2 Desktop Panel offers the same improved buttons and 4-way keys as the Master and Expansion Panels and an easy-to-read information display.

Telos Infinity IP Intercom Panels In Depth
Infinity Integration
Telos Infinity IP Intercom unleashes the full potential of a distributed IP audio infrastructure, allowing access to any networked audio endpoint through the intuitive Telos Infinity Dashboard application. Mix-minuses, program busses, mixer auxes, monitor feeds, remote contribution audio, and presenter mics are all available anywhere you need them, for communication or on-air use.
Telos Infinity IP Intercom natively supports Livewire+ AES67, allowing for easy interoperability with other Telos Alliance AoIP products or products from other manufacturers that support AES67 or SMPTE ST 2110-30.
When combined with a Telos Infinity system, Axia Quasar AoIP Mixing Console, and Axia Pathfinder Core PRO, users benefit from integrated remote control of their virtual or hardware intercom panels. Users employing a Quasar surface, as well as those using legacy Axia Fusion and Element consoles, can also interrupt a backfeed from their mixers with an Infinity IP intercom system. Additionally, all Axia AoIP Mixing Consoles have active logic that can be tied into Infinity’s GPIO so that when a console host mic comes on, Infinity can receive the signal and appropriately mute a panel’s speaker.
Pathfinder Core PRO allows users to connect virtual Pathfinder panels to their Infinity Intercom panels, allowing full button functionality in Pathfinder and remote workflows. For more information on this feature, please refer to this Pathfinder Documentation page.
